Solar ROI Calculator for Churches, Schools & Hospitals
Compare CAPEX vs zero-investment RESCO for institutional solar projects.
A 50 kW system generates about 72,500 units a year. At ₹8/unit that saves about ₹5.8 lakh a year, giving a payback of roughly 4.3 years on ₹25 lakh CAPEX — or immediate savings under a zero-investment RESCO deal.

The tool multiplies system size by about 1,450 units per kW per year, values the units at your tariff, and divides your installed cost by that saving to give payback. For RESCO it values the difference between your tariff and the pay-per-unit rate. It does not include depreciation, which depends on your tax position. Institutions are not eligible for the household subsidy.
